Understanding your invoices

All of our plans for new customers include a 14 day free-trial. You can cancel your subscription at any point, make sure to follow the steps in this article to uninstall. If you reinstall, the billing with continue where it left off, there will not be a new 14-day trial. Visually is a install-based product not a usage-based product, refunds will not be provided for lack of usage.

Dynamic Pricing Based on Order Volume

Our pricing structure is dynamic and adjusts based on your number of orders processed each month. To accurately determine your charges, send billing information ~every 10 days to Shopify. This sampling method helps us track order volumes effectively, as they can fluctuate throughout the month. 

Shopify processes invoices on their internal schedule and ruling which may differ from our sampling periods. As a result, variability occurs and: 

  • The charges might not appear on the same day each month.

  • You may see the charges split across different dates or joined together in the billing section on Shopify.

Admins can view the monthly breakdown of charges directly within the Billing History section of the Account Settings in the platform:
