Which channels is Visually taking into account?

Our goal when analyzing user interaction data is to precisely assess how the user experience on your website impacts conversion rates, average order values, and per-session value and consistently improve it!

To that end, our billing process considers sales exclusively from the following channels:

  • Individual purchases completed on your Shopify Online Store.
  • Subscription purchases made on your Shopify Online Store, excluding any recurring orders.
  • Post-Purchase offers created with Visually.

Channels we won't take into account

We will not consider the following channel for either data reports or our billing process:

  • Sales made through Facebook / Instagram.
  • Sales made through an embedded "Buy Button".
  • Sales made through Shopify Inbox.
  • Sales made through Shopify POS (Point of sale).
