To that end, our billing process considers sales exclusively from the following channels:
- Individual purchases completed on your Shopify Online Store.
- Subscription purchases made on your Shopify Online Store, excluding any recurring orders.
- Post-Purchase offers created with Visually.
Channels we won't take into account
We will not consider the following channel for either data reports or our billing process:
- Sales made through Facebook / Instagram.
- Sales made through an embedded "Buy Button".
- Sales made through Shopify Inbox.
- Sales made through Shopify POS (Point of sale).
