If your experience is showing up on one device only (desktop or mobile), it is likely because the changes you made were applied to one device type only.
Each device (desktop or mobile) has its own settings and you can switch between them using the device icon in the top-left corner.
If you want your experience to appear on both desktop and mobile, you can:
- Update each device separately to ensure it's optimized for both. Click on the vertical ellipsis to open the more options menu and click on Copy to Desktop / Mobile
- Click on the vertical ellipsis to open the more options menu and click on Target All Devices
We highly recommend previewing your test on each device you plan to publish it on, as changes may appear differently across devices.
