Visually is committed to improving accessibility across its experiences. Our out-of-the-box widgets are continuously updated to address known accessibility issues, while AI-generated experiences are created using accessibility-aware guidance.
Because AI-generated content can vary, we recommend reviewing accessibility before publishing.
Pre-built Widgets
Our out-of-the-box (OOB) widgets are designed to avoid critical accessibility issues. As new accessibility improvements are identified, they are incorporated into future widget updates.
To benefit from the latest accessibility improvements, make sure your widget is updated to the latest version.

AI-Generated Experiences
When generating experiences with AI, accessibility best practices are included as part of the AI's instructions.
However, because AI-generated output is probabilistic, we cannot guarantee that every generated experience will be fully ADA compliant. We recommend reviewing AI-generated experiences before publishing them.

To help maintain accessibility:
- Review AI-generated experiences before publishing.
- Ask the AI to review its own output for accessibility issues before making changes.
- Periodically scan your storefront using a dedicated accessibility testing tool.
- Keep widgets updated to the latest version to receive ongoing accessibility improvements.
