How to run an A/B test

A/B testing enables you to make a data-driven decisions and optimize your users' experience.

Configure an A/B test in 3 easy steps:

  1. Once you have created the desired test changes, click "Next" to reach the "Review Page" and choose the option to run an A/B validation. Set the allocation for the Variant. For statistically significant results, we recommended to set a 50/50 allocation.

  2. Define the goal(s) you would like to measure including the primary goal.

  3. Choose when you want to run the test. Experiences are typically scheduled when they need to align with specific promotions.
