Please ensure you have installed the Visually app from all your stores.
You can easily install Visually from the Shopify app store.
Next, go to the Teammates section and ensure that your email is defined as a teammate in all your Visually accounts.
Here's how you can do it:
Step 1
Navigate to the menu in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2
Click on the Teammates button.
Step 3
If you can spot your email address listed as a teammate, feel free to proceed to the next step.

Step 4
On the Menu in the top right corner of the screen, click on Stores, and you will be able to see all your sites that are connected to your Visually account.
You can switch between them by simply clicking on each one.
