WHY IT WORKED:
Checkout is where doubt gets loud. When you confirm the win (free shipping unlocked) → you REFOCUS users from doubt to progress.
Important: Personalize this message to appear only when users reach the free shipping threshold.
3. PDP: Product recs moved up → +6% revenue
WHY IT WORKED:
For new shoppers landing on PDPs from ads, the product recommendations were moved to the top of the page.
1. Low prices pull shoppers in → showing slightly pricier alternatives right away can push them to upgrade. RESULT: higher AOV.
